SCAC Men's Soccer Player-of-the-Week
(For games played from Monday, Oct. 29th through Sunday, Nov. 4th)

Chris Quinn of Trinity University, a first-year forward from San Antonio, Texas,
hit the game-winner in all three of the TU Tigers' victories this past week. Quinn hit four goals, with one assist, on just seven shots (.571 shot percentage) for the Tigers, as the team beat Southwestern (4-0), Augsburg (8-0) and Texas Lutheran (5-2).

Quinn had one goal in each of the first two games, and then scored one goal and assisted on another to finish out the season against TLU.

For the season, Quinn has seven goals and four assists for 18 total points.

Other impressive performances in the SCAC:
Senior forward J.R. Foster of DePauw scored three goals as the DU Tigers closed out the season with a 6-0 shutout of visiting Rose-Hulman on Saturday. DePauw finished the regular season with a 14-4 regular season record and an 8-1 SCAC record as well as a share of the team's first conference title. Foster finished his career with 48 goals scored - breaking the school's all-time record of 47 formerly held by Craig Nelson (1977-79). Senior forward David Crabbe of Oglethorpe had a hat trick with three goals in Tuesday's 10-0 blanking of Tennessee Temple last Tuesday. Sophomore defender Clay Coleman of Southwestern marked the league's leading scorer Josh Card of Trinity and held him scoreless in a 4-0 loss to the Tigers. Centre and Rose-Hulman did not nominate anyone for the award, and Hendrix, Millsaps, Rhodes and Sewanee did not play.
